Duties

Responsible for performing confidential student data entry, preparing reports, preparing and proofing original correspondence, working with Director, Manufacturing of Logistics.

1. Maintains a variety of files and records.
2. Provides administrative support, which includes: preparing and proofing reports, notices, and correspondence; attending meeting and taking minutes; overseeing and maintaining office filing system; prescreening mail; monitoring phones; and/or performing other related duties.
3. Provides administrative support for course creation/cancellation and registration.
4. May oversees instructional equipment and ensure office supplies are available. Will work with AOS’s if any purchasing is required.
5.Makes arrangements for meetings and/or events, schedules meeting and classrooms as needed.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent. Or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.

1. Provides administrative support in preparing and processing confidential documents, preparing and publishing legally required notices, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining departmental data and/or other related documents in support of the Manufacturing and Logistics area in WFD. Maintains a variety of confidential files and records.
2. Answers phones and greets visitors.
3. Operates a computer to gather data, data entry and generate reports.
4. Communicates via phone, email and or in person .

Physical Requirements

Positions in this class typically require: grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
