Duties

Serves as a liaison between the Integrated Marketing Communications Department and the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division to develop and execute communications plans for projects in support of the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job, as listed above.

Job Specific Task List

1. Collaborates with the integrated marketing communications team members to accomplish stated goals. = 35%
2. Serves as an integrated marketing communications consultant to the Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division. = 10%
3. Develops innovative, cost-effective integrated marketing communications campaigns and marketing plans for assigned priorities and responsibilities. = 10%
4. Coordinates tactical components for integrated marketing communications campaigns and marketing plans. = 15%
5. Performs assigned related integrated marketing communications duties, including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing and media buying; production and print management. = 30%

Physical Requirements

Positions in this class typically require: fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
